  1. Artificial Intelligence Institute invites interested and potential bidders for the supply of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Training and Commissioning of Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and Datacentres Equipment/Items/Software/Tools on Turnkey Basis

  1. Interested bidders can get soft copy of a complete set of bidding documents by requesting from the following E-mail address [email protected] free of charge or Can get hard copy upon payment  of a non – refundable ETB 100 or equivalent USD from our Finance department which is located at Addis Ababa, Yared St. (Around Embassy of Libya in Ethiopia), Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, Collect the bid document from Procurement Office, Block No. A, Ground, Office No. 11, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, starting from 09/01/2022.

  1. Technical and financial proposal shall be submitted into the following e-mail address [email protected] (The financial Proposal must be in RAR File locked by password and keep the password until we request you to provide it) or Submit the hard copy of Financial and Technical documents  in  separate  envelop  into  tender  box  prepared  for  this  purpose  on  or   before   14/02,2022 at 2:30 PM (GMT+3), at Addis Ababa, Yared St. (Around Embassy of Libya in Ethiopia), Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute head office, Procurement Office, Block No. A, Ground, Office No. 11,
  2. Bid will be open in the presence of bidders and /or their representatives who wish to attend, in the above mentioned address, on 14,02 ,2022 at 2:35 PM (GMT+3).

  1. The Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000.00 ETB or an equivalent other currency in the form of C.P.O. or Counter Bank Guarantee before/on bid closing date.
